Finally, I went swimming to Ariake Sport Center by bicycle today since I bought swim suit. I had' not swum almost for 2 years. I paid 300 yen at reception desk. The pool is 25 meter long. The water is warm enough. That was comfortable. I swam principally breaststroke and sometimes the crawl. I spent about one hour there. When I got back home, I was extremely worn out. However, that was good exercise to me, of course.
